Wally Nalley

Birth date:
April 7th, 1941

My Family information:
Married 47 years to my beautiful wife Linda and father of 4 great sons, an aquired son, grandfather of 11 grandchildren plus 3 acquired grandaughters.

My Educational Experience:
High school & college  (AA degrees in industrial arts and industrial management)

Influential books (other than Bible):
The life of Oral Roberts and other books on noted evangelists.

How I came to know Christ:
I came to know about Christ when my mother started taking me to church at the age of 6.  I accepted Christ when my wife's grandfather invited me to the altar when I was 14.

What is my ministry passion?
To lead others to Christ and to help them understand what great things god wants for their life.

How did I end up at Church of the Harvest?
I started coming because I thought the pastor and the church needed my help and my tithes. I am still coming because I need our pastor and our church.

What I like most about being part of the Church of the Harvest team:
I like being part of a church that is reaching out to the lost, the suffering and is changing lives.

My Favorite movie:
None Listed

My Favorite Food:
Corn bread and buttermilk.

My Interests/hobbies:
Fishing and hunting with my sons and grandchildren.

Who are my heroes?
My heroes are my four preacher sons who are all waging war on the devil and are advancing God's kingdom.

Best advice:
Live according to God's plan for your life.

Biggest fear:
I don't want to help the devil by revealing or discussing any fear.  “Perfect love casts out all fear.”

Biggest vice:
I listen to too much country music

What would most people be surprised to learn about you?
Because I live my life as an open book (I talk too much) I don't think there are any surprises left.

What is the ONE thing I would take with me if I were banished to a remote island?

The person I have loved for 50 years - my soulmate and wife, Linda (red to me).
